Banjo-Kazooie is good for you because it can increase your reading skills. The characters of Banjo-Kazooie are incapable of speech meaning the player has to read the speech bubbles at the top and bottom of the screen rather than just listening to them talk. It can also improve how well you can view details. For instance, in Rusty Bucket Bay certain objects on the boat are actually disguised as enemies but have distinct difference in color that can give them away. It can also help your memorizing ability. For example, in Bubblegloop Swamp you have to memorize notes played by the Tiptup Choir and play them again. It also can teach the player how to use different methods to tackle problems. In Treasure Trove Cove, the player can fly to certain areas or dive into the water while trying to avoid Snacker the bear-hungry shark.
