The Captain's Quarters is a cabin found under the ship's bridge in Rusty Bucket Bay, which can be entered by smashing a window, near the front of the ship. Inside are 2 Grublin Seamen, 3 Notes, 2 Gold Feathers and a Jiggy in the closet, above a Grille Chompa.

There's a Grille Chompa in the closet, a possible reference to a bogeyman (or monster in the closet).
The Red Mystery Egg will appear on the bed here, if you enter the appropriate cheat.
On the wall behind one of the bunk beds, there's a painting of what looks like the Rusty Bucket.
On the wall behind the other bunk bed, there is a painting of Rare character Conker the Squirrel.
