The Tree House is a unique part of Click Clock Wood. Throughout the seasons, a tree house appears at the beginning of Spring that slowly gets built, depending on which season Banjo and Kazooie visit it. In Spring, the Tree House will appear very disfigured and extremely incomplete. Once Summer comes around, the main parts of it are finished, however, there is next to no floor, but a Jiggy to be found in the far corner (getting it can be difficult). Finally in Autumn, the Tree House is done and you can go inside properly (though it is empty except for a Beehive and the Jiggy if it was not collected in Summer). If you try to visit in Winter though, you will no doubt notice that the doors and windows have been boarded up and there is no way to get inside.
