In ''Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts'', Trophy Thomas can be found in various worlds. In [[Showdown Town]], he is located in front of his house and, by interacting with him, all completed challenges can be repeated (with the main objective being to obtain the missing [[T.T. Trophy|T.T. Trophies]]).

In [[Nutty Acres]], T.T. plays "The Painfully Competitive Farm Mechanic." In Act 2, he hosts the challenge "Coconut Circuits," where he races [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] a few times. In Act 4, he hosts the challenge "Cheatin' Witch," where he asks for the duo to race [[Piddles]] for him as his "top racing tractor" was being repaired. In Act 5, he he hosts the challenge "Leaky Waterworks," where he asks the two to stop some pipes from leaking. In Act 6, he hosts the challenge "Freewheel Festival," where he asks them to keep driving for the longest time possible without having control of anything except steering.

In the [[Jiggoseum]], T.T. plays "The Multiple Record Holder." In Act 2, he hosts the challenge "Burnin' Rubber," where he races Banjo and Kazooie through the stadium. In Act 3, he hosts the challenge "A Load of Blocks," where he races the duo again through the same track as before, but with different obstacles. In Act 6, he hosts the challenge "Bear in a Ball," where the bear and bird need to drive around an obstacle-filled circuit with reversed controls.

Trophy Thomas is overly-competitive, often challenging Banjo and Kazooie to various races. He is also very arrogant and narcissistic, likely due to his many trophies and awards. He often barely admits defeat, regularly asking whoever won against him to not tell anyone else. According to [[Humba Wumba]] in [[L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges]], Trophy Thomas is also very afraid of horses.
