The Temple of the Fishes is an area in Jolly Roger's Lagoon in Banjo-Tooie. To open the temple door, you need to shoot eggs into the mermaid baskets in Atlantis in a specific order.
Chris P. Bacon can be found inside the temple trying to get good pictures of some ancient paintings for his photo album.
