A Mystery Honeycomb is a special Honeycomb. It acts exactly like the Skill Stop Honeycomb in that it sets a new energy level; however, instead of the segments flashing in order, they flash randomly, making it difficult to get Banjo's energy bar full. Also, Mystery Honeycombs are very rare; they appear only in Witchyworld.
It is identified as a normal honeycomb with an ? on it.
