Miss Bucket is a character. She helps Banjo make a Jiggy if he can find all the pieces of it. The nasty minions have broken it into 7 parts and it's up to Banjo to retrieve them from dangerous places. Once Banjo has collected all 7 pieces, she creates the Jiggy once more.
