The Hotheads are tiny imp-like creatures composed entirely of flame. Though they appear on the Inferno ride at Witchyworld, they are mainly seen flying about on the Fiery side of Hailfire Peaks. These enimies, can be frozen and then shot down but doing so is very chalenging but if you practice enough, it could help you on boss battle speed runs with mr patch.
