Hello. I came to this site...I don't even remember why, because I came here one night recently after following a link from Wikipedia.org. I then noticed many pages were frighteningly blank and proceeded to stay up on a school night working on them instead of the homework I was going to do. I tried to make an account, but discovered that I had made one already. So, I guess I've been here before, but had utterly forgotten all about it ^_^; My goal here now is to help people like Chicken7 to expand the pages. My contributions usually consist of great length and useless detail, which is subsequently shortened down to wiki standards. I don't mind this, and I understand why it's done, but I also can't help but feel a little miffed about it sometimes. I'm happy, though, that I can at LEAST get a main message out there about something. I'll try and work on more encyclopedic-style edits, but until then, it's just a slapdash edit of basic information, as well as all I remember.

===Banjo-Kazooie===

I first became aquanted with the bear and bird via...well, I THINK a Christmas present, but my earliest memory is of going down into the basement, where the Nintendo 64 was set up, and playing it one rainy day. After I began playing, it stuck with me my entire life. (Is it just me, or did we all (my generation, at least) play the really good stuff when we were really young? Or is it, really, did we play games just because they're fun at that time?) I remember me and my sister, Annie, would play it a lot just for fun. She enjoied going to [[Click Clock Wood]] and playing as the bee transformation. My favorite stages were probably [[Treasure Trove Cove]], [[Clanker's Cavern]], [[Bubblegloop Swamp]](I guess, despite those evil pirhannas), and [[Freezeezy Peak]]. The game also helped me become attatched to two things that have lasted my gaming career: My love of cheat codes and the fact that, whenever given the chance, I claim file slot #3. (Interesting story behind that: One day, I was about to play my first file when I accidentially deleted it! To ensure I didn't do it again, I thought that, if I put it alllllll the way to file # 3, I would be more awake and less likely to accidentially hit the delete button. From the moment I finished that file 100% onwards, I have always chosen file #3, or at least a file that isn't #1. (This file did end up getting erased one night, along with all my other data, as punishment for refusing to wash dishes.)

===Banjo-Tooie===

I got into Banjo-Tooie as one of the first sequels that I had been highly anticipating. I was so eager to play it, I stayed up the entire night I got it--my first all-nighter, as well. I got it as a birthday present. The all-nighter got me all the way up to [[Witchyworld]] before my sister woke up and, after I told her I'd been up all night instead of having just woken up, said that she should get a turn since I got a really long one. It also plays into my life's tragedy (I think everyone's got a life's tragedy--it's all the bad stuff that happens all the time, basically. Your life's comedy is the opposite, of course.)...however, as it IS a part of the drama of my life, I won't go into it--but I will say this: I realized a little while ago that, no, I didn't do it from depression--I just wanted to play a really good game I'd been waiting for for forever. X3 My favorite worlds are probably [[Mayahem Temple]], [[Glitter Gulch Mine]], Witchyworld, [[Jolly Roger's Lagoon]], and [[Hailfire Peaks]]. I think I thought [[Cloud Cuckooland]] was too hard(it DOES have the hardest button-mashing minigame in existance--and this was before I suddenly got good at button-mashing), and [[Terrydactyland]] wasn't really my thing back then. I also liked [[Jinjo Village]] for its music and the Jinjos' cuteness. This game's lasting effect on me was probably mostly my (though not as pronounced, now) love of boss fights. I think I also felt a little let down by the half-a--er, -baked way they "resolved" [[Stop 'n' Swop]].

===Grunty's Revenge===

I got Grunty's Revenge because I loved the Banjo games and wanted to play it. I must say, I was pretty disappointed with it, but not as disappointed as I could have been. It was actually not that bad, really--just probably WAAAAY too easy for me, I think it was. I think my favorite levels...well, actually, no favorite levels for me...I like the game, but it isn't really 100% Banjo Experience. Oh, and I think the fact the dialouge wasn't as absolutly hilarious turned me off, too. The candle transformation was pretty neat, however, and the graphics were pretty good.
