User talk:FerreTrip
Hello, FerreTrip, and welcome to the Banjo-Kazooie Wiki! We hope you decide to stay and make many helpful and resourceful contributions, and most of all, have fun! Right now, we don't have much information, so we'll appreciate any help you give us! If you need any help, ask me on my talk page or see the help pages. You are free to remove this template at any time you want. And again, Welcome! Cheers, Chicken7 >talk 06:06, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
Heh, just read some of your userpage. I didn't mean to scare you away by chopping up your edits. You'll see how perfectionistic I tend to be as you get to know me, so try not to take it personally.... That being said, I actually really can't stand when articles have nothing but the absolute minimum amount of information, and I do like reading text with a little flavor; I actually chuckled a bit when I saw the Stomponadon article. So you know, don't be discouraged from putting a little extra into the text, but you know, try not to say way more than is needed or repeat things too many times...not that you did, I just mean, you know.... Every wiki seems to have their own standards about how dry the articles should be. Jimbo-Jambo
- (Sorry, found a typo in your post and changed "is" to "it." Thus is illustrated my little perfectionist: I'm a stickler on spelling errors, even the minute ^_^; ) Why, thank you for reading my page! ^_^ And, no, you didn't scare me away with your edits; I know that that happens all the time. Thanks for finding my humor funny--I try my best to make others laugh (though I know that I can't try TOO hard here, since this IS a wiki.). I'll try to avoid unneeded repetition, though I will repeat something if, should it be far enough down the page, it might have been either forgotten or not looked at--understandable, I hope. I will also continue to try and add a bit of flavor to the articles if I can, which is something I do enjoy doing. Thank you, though, for the edits that you did; I got quite overdescriptive, I suppose, and strayed too far from the point. I also forgot many things--such as Ssslumber being atop the Code Chamber. I also, after viewing a video that same night before going to bed, saw that he really isn't that big, but he's still quite large. (Then again, doesn't it seem as if Banjo's quite small for a bear? Or is it just that everything is quite big? Quite a connundrum to me.) Anyway, thank you and I hope to get to know you and the others here on this wiki! ^_^ FerreTrip 00:39, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
