It is the home of [[Heggy]], and [[Mystery Egg]]s can be hatched within it.
The first time the player enters, he will see that there is absolutely nothing to do here. However, if the player encounters two secret eggs and takes them to Heggy, she will hatch them. Using the [[Bill Drill]] on a piece of "wall" to the right of entry, the player will discover a [[Split-up|Split-up pads]]. [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] separating is indispensable to hatch the third egg, which is located on the top of the chicken coop.

In ''[[Banjo-Tooie]]'', Heggy's Egg Shed can be found in the [[Wooded Hollow]] area of the [[Isle O' Hags]]. When [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] first enter without any Mystery Eggs, they're unable to do anything. However, as they collect the eggs, those can be given to Heggy who will hatch them for free, unlocking various awards.

The [[Bill Drill]] can be used on a spot of the shed to reveal [[Split-Up Pad]]s. They can be used to [[Split-Up]] Kazooie from Banjo, allowing her to climb a slope and [[Hatch]] the egg there, as Heggy herself cannot do that due to the egg being out of her reach. These Split-Up Pads still exist in the Xbox Live Arcade version despite being rendered useless.
==[[Banjo-Tooie (XBLA)]]==
The utility in the enhanced version is the same as the original. But now Heggy will hatch the seven secret eggs (which must first be collected in Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA). Anyway, the old awards can also be obtained. However, the prizes are not assigned to any eggs, but the player will win them in the order in which they are hatched. The [[Banjo-Kazooie Game Pak]]s will now give three new eggs: [[Bronze Mystery Egg|Bronze]], [[Silver Mystery Egg|Silver]] and [[Gold Mystery Egg|Gold]] (which are used for icons on the Stop 'n' Swop II menu).


In the Xbox Live Arcade release of ''[[Banjo-Tooie (Xbox Live Arcade)|Banjo-Tooie]]'', Heggy can hatch six Mystery Eggs. They, however, must first be collected in the Xbox Live Arcade release of ''[[Banjo-Kazooie (Xbox Live Arcade)|Banjo-Kazooie]]'' to be used here. While the awards from the original version can still be obtained, they aren't assigned to specific eggs and are instead unlocked based off on how many eggs have been hatched rather than which eggs are being hatched. Additionally, the [[Banjo-Kazooie Game Pak]]s now give brand new eggs — [[Mystery Egg#Bronze Mystery Egg|Bronze Mystery Egg]], [[Mystery Egg#Silver Mystery Egg|Silver Mystery Egg]] and [[Mystery Egg#Gold Mystery Egg|Gold Mystery Egg]] — as the old ones are acquired in different ways now.
