::Well, the thing I'm worried about is that things from the Banjo-Kazooie series, at least the newer things, most likely do have copyrights on them, though what they are and where they apply I'm not sure. Once B-K 3 is released, the site will probably draw a lot of attention, and I don't want to be caught with any serious copyright violations or anything. Rare probably has some copyright information on their site which we can dig through, but it would really help if someone here knew what they were talking about.
