Cheato's dialogues
Each time you encounter Cheato you are given a code. The code depends on the location. However, the dialogue is not static. It depends on how many times have you met him. For example, if you meet him for the first time near Mad Monster Mansion, he will speak to you with the dialogue reserved for the first time you meet him.
