In ''[[Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge]]'', Mr. Ripovski appears in every level except [[Cliff Farm]]. For each encounter, [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] must meet a certain objective to be rewarded a [[Jiggy]].

Mr. Ripovski is first encountered in [[Breegull Beach]]. If [[Banjo]] gives him five [[Blue Shell]]s, he is rewarded with a Jiggy.

In [[Bad Magic Bayou]], Mr. Ripovski hosts [[Magic Angler]], a mini-game in which Banjo must reel in 12 red fish within 45 seconds while avoiding the [[Snippet]]s to win a Jiggy.

In [[Spiller's Harbor]], Mr. Ripovski is a sideshow host. If Banjo has five [[silver coin]]s, he must go to the [[N. Kreditz Arcade]] and give it to Mr. Ripovski to enter the [[Slide o' Fear]], where the two race down a slide for a Jiggy. During the mini-game, Mr. Ripovski floats down while holding an umbrella.

In the [[Freezing Furnace]], in the mini-game [[Snowy Sleds]], Mr. Ripovski and two other mice try to catch the [[Snowy|Snowies]]. Mr. Ripovski wears a purple hat instead of a red one, and the other two mice wear a blue and a green hat respectively. If Banjo wins the minigame, he wins a Jiggy. In the same world, Mr. Ripovski hosts another fishing minigame, [[Fishy Fingers]], which takes place inside of an igloo. The objective is for Banjo to catch 12 red fish, this time only identifiable from their shadow, within 40 seconds to receive another Jiggy.

Mr. Ripovski is a brown mouse with a large round nose and ears. He wears a blue coat and shorts, a belt and a red hat (although he wears a purple one when trying to catch Snowies in Freezing Furnace).

Mr. Ripovski is often shown to be a swindler such as in ''Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge'' where, in Breegull Beach, he refers to his Jiggy a "genuine one-piece jigsaw puzzle" to draw attention and calls Banjo a "sucker" (meaning easily deceived, conned, or tricked). He is also shown to be quite cruel in Freezing Furnace during the mini-game where he and two other mice try to kidnap Snowies.
