Billy Bobs are strong-armed enemies found throughout the many caverns of Glitter Gulch Mine. They hide buried in the ground with only their hats visible and spring up with a characteristic Yee-haw! to attack foes. Fortunately, they aren't remarkably sturdy or speedy, so they can easily be defeated, or simply outrun.
A fun thing to try is, when the Billy Bob hides under the ground and only it's hat is visible, blast the hat with a grenade egg. It produces funny results as the cowboy flies out of the ground screaming.
