Billy Bobs appear only as brown cowboy hats in the ground. When you get within range, they'll pop out and yell "Yeehaw!" They often come in groups, but they have to be near you so they can punch you. A simple roll will defeat them, and you're faster than them, so you can just avoid them as well.
Billy Bobs are found almost everywhere in Glitter Gulch Mine. You can find them in the Gloomy Caverns, in the Flooded Caves, and throughout the main area of the mine.
