I've never seen the magazine pictures but if Hammerhead Beach is just a beta name for Treasure Trove Cove unless there is actually a beta version of TTC there is no Hammerhead Beach because it seems to me as though the beach at the end of the game was especially made for that scene at the end of the game. Of course there is no reason it couldn't be said that is often called Hammerhead Beach by fans due to it's status as an unused name. I mean I do so myself (mentally at least).
