Playable characters vary a ton depending on the game. Obviously characters like Gruntilda and Klungo are only going to be playable in racing titles, as are most of the other characters, and Banjo and Kazooie are just obvious. :Well it's not just racing titles, in Banjo-Tooie there was a multi-player section where you could play as other but yes this category does seem a little useless but who knows, there may be a marked increase in playable characters in Nuts & Bolts so I don't think we should be too hasty to delete it.
