Bullion Bill is a fox and a prospector of Glitter Gulch Mine. When she is rescued from Mayahem Temple's Prison Compound and returns to Glitter Gulch Mine, he is happy once again and rewards Banjo and Kazooie with a Jiggy.
Bullion Bill is a character in Banjo-Tooie.

Physical traits
Bullion Bill also owns a storage shed with live dynamite that are out of control inside and are threatening to explode and destroy the shed. Unfortunately, the dynamite cannot be destroyed by normal means as the unstable dynamite would explode and create a chain reaction that would destroy the entire shed. Therefore, the only way to clear the shed is by disarming each stick of dynamite using Kazooie's Beak Bayonet. Once all the dynamite within the shed has been safely disarmed, Bullion Bill rewards the duo with another Jiggy.
Bullion Bill is an orange fox with a white mustache and beard. He wears a brown cowboy hat, white work clothes, and brown shoes.

Biography
Trivia
Bullion Bill lives in a hut located inside Glitter Gulch Mine alongside Dilberta. Bullion Bill is first found alone in his hut. When Banjo and Kazooie first meet him, he is sad because his partner Dilberta is missing. Bullion Bill asks Banjo and Kazooie to help him find her. When Dilberta is rescued from Mayahem Temple's Prison Compound and returns to Glitter Gulch Mine, Bullion Bill happily rewards the duo with a Jiggy.
*"Bullion" is another word for bars of gold or silver.
*Bullion Bill's name might be a reference to the Bullet Bill from the Super Mario franchise.
**His name might also be a reference to the famous outlaw, Buffalo Bill.

Bullion Bill also owns a storage shed. He asks for Banjo and Kazooie's help to get rid of TNT Sticks within the storage, as they have threatened to blow up the area. Bullion Bill instructs Banjo and Kazooie to not directly attack the TNT Sticks, as doing this causes all of them to detonate. Once Banjo and Kazooie have safely dismantled every TNT Stick, Bullion Bill rewards the duo with another Jiggy.
