Bullion Bill is a character in Banjo-Tooie.
Bullion Bill is a fox and a prospector of Glitter Gulch Mine. When he is met for the first time, he is sad because Dilberta, his "Rodent Pardner", as he calls her, has gone missing, and he asks Banjo and Kazooie to find her. When she is rescued from the world that she was imprisoned in, due to eliminating the boulder blocking the exit via Grenade Eggs, he is once again happy. He owns a storage with dynamite that suddenly came to life, with the threat of exploding, destroying the storage. Kazooie then replies that shooting them would be a simple matter, however, he warns them that if one keg of dynamite was shot, it would explode along with the other unstable dynamite kegs, and destroy the storage, forcing them to exit the storage, thus forcing the duo to start over again. He will bar them from entry of his storage unless Banjo knows how to use Kazooie as if she were a shotgun, and Kazooie knows how to peck, which is the only way to put out the dynamite kegs without them exploding. He will reward them with a Jiggy for each of these tasks.

When Dilberta is rescued from Mayahem Temple's Prison Compound and returns to Glitter Gulch Mine, Bullion Bill happily rewards the duo with a Jiggy.

Bullion Bill also owns a storage shed. He asks for Banjo and Kazooie's help to get rid of TNT Sticks within the storage, as they have threatened to blow up the area. Bullion Bill instructs Banjo and Kazooie to not directly attack the TNT Sticks, as doing this causes all of them to detonate. Once Banjo and Kazooie have safely dismantled every TNT Stick, Bullion Bill rewards the duo with another Jiggy.

Name origin
Bullion Bill's name is a play on Buffalo Bill, a famous person from the American frontier during the 19th century. "Bullion" is another word to describe bars of gold or silver, owing to Bullion Bill's job as a prospector.
