Keelhauls are pirate enemies that hang around Jolly Roger's Lagoon.

For some reason, they have a habit for saying "Ahoy!" (similar to the Seaman Grublins from Rusty Bucket Bay) and will proceed to attack Banjo and Kazooie with their clubs when close.
