Technically, Sabreman isn't a BK character. Sabreman is an explorer from another Rare series they created.

Sabreman can be found frozen in the ice side of Hailfire Peaks. Unfreeze him and he'll give you a jiggy. After that, you can find him sleeping in a tent at the fire side at the beginning of the level.
