Many people get Giant's Lair confused with Mount Fire Eyes, another beta level from Banjo-Kazooie. Furthermore, hackers discovered an unused theme in the game that is now known as 'Advent,' and many people also mistake it as the theme of the beta level Fungus Forest, when in reality it was intended to be the theme for the Giant's Lair.
