'''Nabnut''' is a gluttonous little red squirrel who lives in [[Click Clock Wood]] in [[Banjo-Kazooie]]. [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] first encounter him inside his house during th springtime where he can be found gobbling up a pile of acorns which he had previously set aside for the wintertime. He's eaten the entire pile by summer, and is so bloated that he can barely move. By autumn he's realized the mistake he made by eating his winter nut store and asks for the bear and bird's assistance in collecting several more acorns from the area around his house, after which he rewards the pair with a [[Jiggy]]. Nabnut sleeps in his bed for the winter next to a pink squirrel which curiously is never seen anywhere else; exactly who this pink squirrel is is open to speculation.
