Mingy Jongo is the boss of Cloud Cuckoo Land. In CCL, there are two Mumbo Huts; one is blue, and one is red. Mingy resides in the blue hut whereas Mumbo is located in the red one. The boss fight automaticall starts as Banjo goes upstairs in the hut.
