This is a proposal to establish the position "Editor-in-Chief" as detailed on [[Jiggywikki:Editor-in-Chief]].

This proposal will pass once a consensus is established, and with a vote ratio of at least at least 3:1 in support's favor. 

Please only give a "support" or "oppose" vote with a valid reason to back it up. Any votes without a valid reason, or any reason at all, will be struck down.
