Chilly Willy is the boss of the Ice Side of Hailfire Peaks. He is a giant blue dragon and is Chili Billi's brother. He attacks by spiting balls of ice and sticking his tongue out and sliding it across the platform. To defeat him shoot Fire Eggs through the cannons that appear.
