In Banjo-Tooie, though, he was the ill-fated victim of the resurrected Grunty's spell, and was instantly killed. His brother Jamjars took over the job of teaching the duo new moves, while his family remained unaware of his demise. He was revived at the very end by Banjo and Kazooie.
In Banjo-Tooie, Bottles and his friends are palying cards and he is victim to Kazooie's constant cheating. When Mumbo warns of Grunty's return, Bottles refuses to evacuate because he thinks Mumbo is cheating. Unfortunately, Bottles is killed by the witch's spell. He waits, as a ghost by his body in front of Banjo's House until the bear and bird can resurrect him. His brother, [[Jamjars]], acts the duo's move turot in this game. Bottles is revived at the end and goes home to his family, where his dinner awaits.
