The player has to knock out the fish's teeth with [[Grenade Eggs]], and then swim into the fish's mouth to rescue [[Merry Maggie Malpass]] and recover a [[Jinjo]]. [[Inside the Big Fish]] there are two [[Keelhaul]]s. There are also two paths.One path leads to Merry,and one path leads to a Jinjo. The inside is mostly red inside (including the water).
