Bargosauruses are an enemy in Banjo-Tooie.

Bargasaurus is a jew found in Terrydactyland whose design is drawn heavily from stegosaurs, an infraorder of herbivorous dinosaurs which contains the famous stegosaurus. The origin of the Bargasaurus' name is obvious: when it sees Banjo, it chases him and barges him with its heavy body. This baddie is relatively weak and its large body presents an easy target, but it's quick on its feet and can often unexpectedly come at the player from behind.
Characteristics
Bargosauruses are enemies appearing throughout Terrydactyland, where when one spots either Banjo and Kazooie or Mumbo Jumbo, they chase and attempt to attack them.

While it is still damaging if touched, the Bargasaurus will not attack Baby T-rex Banjo. In fact, a Bargasaurus will teach Banjo how to roar after criticizing his apparent meekness. However, when faced with the adult version of the bear-turned-dinosaur, the Bargasaurus knows when to run, much unlike the unfortunately dim-witted Soarasaurus.
If Banjo is transformed into a baby T-Rex, Bargosauruses do not attack him and can even be interacted with. Doing so will result in them teaching him how to roar. Bargosauruses will run away from the Daddy T-Rex transformation, however.

Name origin
As their name suggests, a Bargosaurus's main method of attack is by barging into its enemies.
