The Tumblar Minigame is a minigame in Banjo-Kazooie which has a Jiggy as a prize.

Location[edit]

This minigame is located inside the Haunted Shack in Mad Monster Mansion. It is also in Grunty's Furnace Fun as a minigame.

Rules[edit]

Banjo must hop onto Tumblar to start the game. A 75-second countdown starts and a respawning purple Tee-hee appears, circling the room. Around the edge of the room are tiles; most have Grunty faces but others have letters. Banjo must "surf" Tumblar onto the letters spelling out BANJOKAZOOIE before the time expires. Each letter can only be used once. If Banjo surfs over a Grunty tile or gets hit by the Tee-hee, he loses a Honeycomb and gets knocked off Tumblar.

The table below are the locations of the tiles, "X" is the Grunty tiles.

Controls[edit]

Jump onto Tumblar, then use the Control Stick to slide Tumblar and Banjo across the floor.

Prize[edit]

Once Banjo spells out the text, Tumblar leaves and releases the Jiggy inside him.

Trivia[edit]

  • The floor of this room is highly reminiscant of a ouija board. Tumblar acts as the planchette, sliding to different letters one at a time.
