The '''Zubba's Nest''' is a location in the ''[[Banjo-Kazooie (series)|Banjo-Kazooie]]'' series. It is a large, yellow nest, serving as the home of the [[Zubba]]s.
The '''Zubba Nest''' is an area of [[Click Clock Wood]] in ''[[Banjo-Kazooie]]''. It is a rather large nest that sticks out of the side of the [[giant tree]]. The [[Zubba]]s live inside the nest (hence the name).


==History==
The only way to get inside the nest is through a small hole in the front during the Spring. In addition, you can only access this hole when transformed into a [[Bee Banjo|bee]]. Inside the nest, there is a [[Jinjo]] on the top of the large stack of [[honeycomb]]s.

In ''[[Banjo-Kazooie]]'', the Zubba's Nest can be found in [[Click Clock Wood]], hanging from one of the [[Click Clock Wood Tree]]'s branches. During the spring, it is completely closed off except for a small hole in the front. Since [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] cannot normally get through that passage due to their size, they need to [[transformation|transform]] themselves into a [[Bee Banjo|bee]] to do so. Once this is done, Banjo isn't able to do much besides save a [[Jinjo]], fly around the nest and hear a Zubba tell him about how they are guarding [[Gruntilda]]'s [[Jiggy|honey piece]].


During summer, a hole on top of the nest appears, which can be opened using the [[Beak Buster]] move. Inside, the Zubbas will try to attack Banjo and Kazooie to protect their Jiggy. However, once defeated, they will hand out the jigsaw piece claiming they "were getting bored of guarding it anyway."
In the summer, there is a pad on top that you can [[Beak Buster|beak bust]] open and go inside. Once inside, you will face the Zubbas in a show down to the death for a [[Jiggy]]. Out of nowhere, the Zubbas will pop up and fly at [[Banjo]], hurting him. The most effective way of dealing with these guys is to use [[Kazooie]]'s [[Wonderwing]]. However, you will need approximately 8 [[Golden Feathers]] to kill all the Zubbas. Once they are defeated, you will be rewarded with the Jiggy that is molded to the floor by what appears to be a solid block of honey.


During autumn, the Zubbas will already have moved away from their nest with only one remaining to tell Banjo about it. Two [[caterpillar]]s and 4 [[Musical Note]]s can be found inside, however.
If you visit the nest in Autumn, there will only be one Zubba left and he will tell you, "Bzzz, nothing left for you now bear. We've all moved out." There are, however, two [[Caterpillar]]s to be found (one in the middle and one on the top of the nest outside) and 4 [[Musical Notes|musical notes]] in each corner.


During winter, the Zubba's Nest is mostly gone, with only half of it still there and covered in snow.
Unfortunately, when Winter finally comes, the nest will be nearly completely destroyed, with only half remaining and covered in snow.

Also if you enter as a bee in spring you can fly repeatedly into top left corner and go past the wall resulting in that you will be sent to the warp pad at the beginning of the level.
In ''[[Banjo-Tooie]]'', the Zubba's Nest can be found in [[Cloud Cuckooland]]. There, the Zubbas explain they have obtained a new hive and are hosting a shooting mini-game which can be played as Bee Banjo. The reward for scoring enough points in it is a Jiggy.
