“Wow, another walrus! Take this... But watch out for a smelly brown bear and his ugly bird partner.”
Wozza, Banjo-Kazooie

Wozza is a purple walrus who lives in a small cave of Freezeezy Peak. It has a fear of Banjo, which could be based on the real world, where bears, polar bears in specific, are a predator of walruses.

History

Banjo-Kazooie

As seen in-game

In Banjo-Kazooie, Wozza can be found at Freezeezy Peak. If Banjo attempts to approach it, it gets scared and retreats to his cave's entrance. Wozza faces inside of the cave, with his backside preventing Banjo and Kazooie from entering.

The duo cannot enter Wozza's Cave unless Banjo transforms into a Walrus. Under this transformation, Banjo must revisit Wozza, who believes he is another walrus. Wozza is holding out a Jiggy, happy to see another walrus. He rewards the Jiggy to Banjo, unaware of his disguise. Wozza also advises Walrus Banjo to watch out for Banjo and Kazooie and then goes back into his cave. The entrance to Wozza's Cave remains open, even if Banjo and Kazooie are in their normal form.

When Banjo enters the cave as a Walrus, Wozza welcomes him inside and allows him to explore around. Contrarily, if Banjo and Kazooie are in their normal form, Wozza gets a fright and begs them to leave. He asks them to take the Orange Jinjo with them, deeming it to be "noisy".
