Stinglashes[1] are a stronger variant of Whiplash. They only appear in Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge and are found in the levels, Bad Magic Bayou and Freezing Furnace. They are colored red and yellow, and are taller than Whiplashes. Stinglashes resemble a scorpion's tail, which could be intentional because of the sting- prefix in Stinglash's name.

If Banjo touches a Stinglash, he loses two Honeycombs of his health. Because they are stronger, Stinglashes can knock Banjo farther back than Whiplashes.
