Rareware was the old name(it's now called Rare Ltd.)of a second-party video game company that has developed many games on Nintendos consoles, including the Banjo-Kazooie series. It's logo was an R inside a blue rectangle with a yellow border with the word Rareware on the bottom. However, in September 2002,Microsoft bought out Rare, who has made their games on Microsofts consoles ever since(although they could still make games on Nintendos handhelds, due to Microsofts lack of one as well as it's popularity), which explains Nuts and Bolts being on the Xbox 360.It's logo now is just a simple R with the words Rare Ltd. below it.It's a known fact, however, that there is one Gamecube game developed by Rareware;Starfox Adventures. |
