Mutie-Snippets, self-referred to as Snippet Mutants, are a mutated species of Snippets that appear in Clanker's Cavern from Banjo-Kazooie. A trio of them can be found in a chamber behind Clanker, containing a large drum of toxic waste with several holes in the sides, with light pouring from each. They serve as the boss of the level and defeating all of them rewards Banjo and Kazooie with a Jiggy. Despite their differences in appearance, they are not much different in strength or abilities from the normal Snippets.
Trivia
- Even after the Mutie-Snippets' defeat, the location surrounding the barrel continues having the frantic-sounding boss music, and continues to do so whenever the chamber is revisited.
