Mildred Ice Cube is a friendly Chinker and the wife of George Ice Cube. She was likely named after Mildred Roper, one of the two main characters of the British sitcom, George and Mildred.

History

Banjo-Tooie

In Banjo-Tooie, Mildred appears in Hailfire Peaks, and has acquired a Jinjo, which is stuck in her. To obtain the Jinjo, Banjo must kill Mildred by breaking her into ice shards, which can be done in numerous ways: by using the Beak Bomb or Bill Drill move, by firing either Fire, Grenade, or Clockwork Kazooie Eggs, or by using Mumbo Jumbo's magic or having Dragon Kazooie breathe fire on her.

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts

In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, both Mildred and George appear as props in the snowman exhibit of Banjoland. Both of them appear to be interactive as if they are alive. In the challenge "Ice To See You" of Act 1, Bottles informs Banjo and Kazooie that George Ice Cube had slipped down to the desert area display, and it is the duo's task to reunite him with Mildred.

Appearance

Mildred is a large ice cube with the typical facial features of a female, including eyelashes and lipstick. Her eye color is dark brown. In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Mildred wears a frozen hat and scarf.
