The Mega-Glowbo, also known as Mega Glowbo[1][2], is a large, powerful Glowbo who appears in Banjo-Tooie. It has more magical capabilities than a normal Glowbo, and giving it to Humba Wumba allows Kazooie to be transformed into Dragon Kazooie.
To obtain Mega-Glowbo, Banjo and Kazooie must go to the Waterfall Cavern in Glitter Gulch Mine. Kazooie must use Talon Torpedo to destroy a boulder in her path. This reveals a tunnel that leads to a small room on the icy side of Hailfire Peaks, which has a giant safe. If Banjo and Kazooie have the Ice Key, they can unlock the safe and obtain the Mega-Glowbo.
