In ''[[Banjo-Tooie]]'', Jolly's can be found in Jolly Roger's Lagoon. The building has many rooms, including the main one where the counter, a [[Jolly's Jukebox|jukebox]] and Jolly himself are in, a vacant room that [[Banjo]] and [[Kazooie]] can either rent or blow open with a [[Grenade Egg]] to find [[Jamjars]] and learn how to [[Sub-Aqua Egg Aiming|aim underwater]], [[Captain Blackeye]]'s room where he can be found seasick and surrounded by pictures of [[Sharkfood Island]], the [[Mystery Egg#Pink Mystery Egg|Pink Mystery Egg]] and [[Treasure Trove Cove]], and finally the warehouse that can be accessed by breaking a wall from the inside with a Grenade Egg or a [[Clockwork Kazooie Egg]] and connects to the [[Smuggler's Cavern]].
