Jinjo Village, an area of the Isle o' Hags that has only appeared in Banjo-Tooie, has ten houses (one of which is in ruin) where each differently colored Jinjo Family dwells. 46 Jinjos live in the village, including their king, but when the Hag 1 came, it caused all of the Jinjos except King Jingaling to flee, and they must be rescued throughout the game. One of these Jinjo homes was for the Grey Jinjo family, which never appear in the game due to the fact that, as one can see, their home was run over by the Hag 1, possibly killing them all. A sign behind their ruined house reads: In loving memory of the grey Jinjo family. Passed away unexpectedly when a huge digging machine flattened their house.

In the middle of Jinjo Village is a large gold building, King Jingaling's Throne Room. It unfortunately falls victim to the B.O.B. (short for Big O' Blaster) and turns an ashen grey as a result. The village had nine families, each with a different color. The number of Jinjos in each family also varied by color, (i.e. the white family consists of 1 Jinjo, the orange family has 2, the yellow has 3, and so on). When you have found all the Jinjos in one family, they will reward you with a Jiggy. It's possible that the grey Jinjo family once had 10 members, following the pattern above.

Trivia
*Between the White and Yellow Jinjo houses, there is a passage that let's the player get from the Jinjo Village to the Wooded Hollow without the need to go through Bottles' house. However, this exit is on a ledge that Banjo and Kazooie are not suppose to grab onto until they have learned the Grip Grab move in Mayahem Temple, despite this, if the player does manage to get onto this ledge before talking to King Jingaling, he will call out to Banjo and Kazooie to see him first. This is odd considering that the player isn't even suppose to try and go though this exit this early in the game.

Jinjo Village is the home of the Jinjos in Banjo-Tooie. It is the first accessible area of Isle o' Hags. Jinjo Village features an entrance to Bottles' House, the first silo, a cave with a Banjo-Kazooie Game Pak, King Jingaling's Throne Room, and a link back to Spiral Mountain.

There are ten houses in Jinjo Village, each inhabited by a Jinjo of a certain color. Shortly before the game's events, the gray house was destroyed by the Hag 1, killing all of the gray Jinjos inside. The other nine houses were unaffected, although the red one had its edge damaged. Due to the commotion, every Jinjo except their ruler, King Jingaling, fled the area. A total of 45 regular Jinjos live in Jinjo Village plus their leader, making a population total of 46.

Banjo and Kazooie can collect a Treble Clef on the roof of the red house. Behind the gray house is a sign that says, "In loving memory of the grey Jinjo family. Passed away unexpectedly when a huge digging machine flattened their house."
