Gobgoyles | Gobgoyles are gargoyle-like statues found in both the Lava and Icy sides of Hailfire Peaks in Banjo-Tooie.
These enemies are usually found hidden along walls and will spit fireballs (Lava Side) or iceballs (Ice Side) at Banjo and Kazooie. The only way to defeat them is by shooting a Grenade Egg at them.
Normally found in the inside areas of Hailfire Peaks, with a few exceptions, Fire Gobgoyles possess ruby-red eyes on a dark brown body made of stone, while Ice Gobgoyles possess bodies made of ice. Their heads will stare at the duo until the bear and bird get out of their range. But if they do not do this in time, the Gobgoyle will spit a meteor like projectile, much like Chilli Billi's large, fiery rock that he shoots down before defeating him. Although this rock is moderatly downsized, not as fast, and is easy to avoid.
