Egg caches[1] are a type of nest in Banjo-Tooie. They are the only way for Banjo and Kazooie to acquire eggs, which is the same for Golden Feathers, Red Feathers, and Musical Notes. Every few seconds, an egg cache depicts a different egg that Kazooie learned from Jamjars. To refill their supply of an egg, Banjo and Kazooie must move to the egg cache when it depicts that type.
