During the events of the game, [[Mecha-Grunty]] forces the Chained Breegulls to work in her quarry. The world's [[Jinjo Oracle]] suggests this is because the Ancient Breegulls are too old to work for her. [[Banjo]] must transform into a [[Mouse Banjo|mouse]] to access the Quarry Heights region, where his objective is to gnaw off the chains of six Chained Breegulls. By doing so, he is rewarded with a [[Jiggy]].
