[[Gruntilda]] was planning on using this machine to remake her body. She first used it to drain [[King Jingaling]]'s life force, rendering him zombie-like in the process. Then, she decided to blast the whole island, not caring that it would take long enough for [[Banjo]]and [[Kazooie]] to reach her. After the [[Tower of Tragedy]] Quiz, Kazooie reversed the effects and restored Jingaling and [[Bottles]], though the latter wasn't a victim of the laser. | ||
