The Beak Barge is a basic attack first learned in Spiral Mountain in Banjo-Kazooie and can be used by crouching with and pressing . In the Xbox Live Arcade remake, the necessary buttons are the triggers and to crouch and to attack. This move returns in Banjo-Tooie.
While a powerful attack, it is often slow and unwieldy, making it less appropriate for most combat situations and more suitable for pushing wall-mounted switches or for attacking stationary enemies.
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the Beak Barge is used as the duo's down tilt move.
