Guvnors are the main stock enemy of Grunty Industries in Banjo-Tooie. These short-tempered, hard-hatted baddies can be found on all five floors of the building, even outside on the roof, and although they don't have any special attacks or abilities, the large monkey wrenches they swing give them a wide attack range.
